Shipping & Returns

At Vitamin Sea Moss we want you to receive our products in the freshest and quickest possible way. For this reason we ship everything by Express Post and we only ship out on Monday to Wednesday if your order is Gel products because we don't want your gel sitting in transit when the post office is not working. Express deliveries are usually delivered within 2 days if sent Monday to Wednesday.

 

All orders under $100 we charge a flat rate of $15 for Express Shipping and orders over $100, shipping will be FREE!​ For International orders of supplements, standard rates will apply and shipping is FREE for orders over $150.

 

We want you to be totally happy with our products. If you encounter any problems regarding your product with regards to arriving damaged or faulty, please let us know within 5 days of receiving. You will then be asked to return any damaged or faulty products to us at your cost and upon receipt and acknowledgement of the damaged or faulty product, we will provide a full refund, credit or replacement.

For hygiene purposes of perishable goods, we do not accept returns or provide refunds unless damaged or faulty. We also do not provide refunds If you simply change your mind, forget to cancel a subscription before the required notice and the goods have been charged and shipped. Nor do we take responsibility or guarantee individual results from our products. Being natural products, results differ considerably by individual and/or other lifestyle/diet factors taken into consideration.
